"I’ve met no spirits here, but I have my own story to tell."

 

By applying the methodology of narrative sequence, I aim to break the regional distinction among the locations mentioned in the ghost stories and paranormal experiences that were collected from the interviews conducted in Bangkok, Thailand at random, and reassociate these places through video storytelling. As a result, masses of causal, quirky footages taken during my visit in a foreign country have portrayed the heterogeneous fields found in the urban fringe. ​Regarding the visual structure, I create a two-channel video to display the footages of local scenes and narratives side by side which are screened simultaneously so as to surpass the general characteristics of linear-timeline-based videos. In a way, I’ve performed a local visual experiment together with the residents.
